What is CrackIt?

CrackIt is your e-commerce analytics dashboard. It shows you how your business is doing (Result), why it’s that way (Diagnostic), and what you can do about it (Actionable). All in one place, without exporting spreadsheets.

  1. Pick the period you want to analyze in the date selector (top right).
  2. Every screen shows that period’s data instantly.
  3. CrackIt always compares against the equivalent previous period, so you can see whether you improved or got worse.

  • Color system with meaning: Result metrics (red/green) tell you how you did, Diagnostic ones (purple) tell you why, and Actionable ones (orange) tell you what to optimize today.
  • Complete conversion funnel: follow the visitor’s path —Session → Cart → Checkout → Purchase— and spot exactly where people drop off.
  • Real channel comparison: not just how much each channel sells, but its ROAS and CAC, so you know which is profitable and which drains budget.
  • Honest comparisons: always against the equivalent previous period, and we never show you an incomplete day that leads to wrong conclusions.
